Then go to start then control panel then select user accounts make a new user name and different password than the old one when you create this user account restart the pc and when it starts you will have 2 options to sign in click the user account you just created and password and that should sort it also you might have to install or download some of your programmes again. a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If it is a bios password your computer may be known for this issue. You could try calling Toshiba support @ 1-800-457-7777

Thats a Power On Password...I believe the only way that you can get around/reset/disable it...is by taking out the battery out of the Cmos. I will be looking for more ways other then that but thats one that i know works...
If you would like to attempt it...i dont recommend it for the no computer people...look up fourms and see if others have had the same problem or if people have taken the computer apart and replaced the cmos battery

Sorry, your sound card driver for windows 7 is not release by tosiba company.Even if they have release driver for Windows Vista too.It might have work.
So you won't be able to play audio sound on your laptop using windows 7.Either you need to downgrade to Windows XP or windows 2000 or you may get a new USB external sound card which support windows 7.
