My daughter brought me a cooks essential stainless steel low pressure cooker from QVC some time ago but we have not yet used it because there are no proper instructions, nor are there any receipes. please can you help.

You are right, the manual is nowhere to be found. There is however a sales video of its use. If it was available, a search query crafted like this would find it.

Cook's Essentials is a special brand produced for QVC. You should contact their customer service - their number should be in the instruction manual. If you don't have one, you should be able to find it here:

I am having some difficulty finding your part, I believe a restaurant supply store in your area, might be able to match up a rack that will work. However check out this site, and this has some good information and phone numbers to call direct.
