Hello, it is likely that the transfer roller requires replacing. You may be able to purchase the roller from a local office supply, otherwise buy on line. However, there is more to it...
The error means, the Transfer Roll Cannot start servo operation. Verify correct cable connections from the Engine board to the HVPS (high voltage power supply). Make sure there is continuity between the transfer roller and its contact on the HVPS; replace the transfer roll if the continuity is correct.
If there is no continuity, make sure the HVPS contact returns to its upward limit when depressed, and make sure the left bearing of the transfer roll is making proper contact.
If the wires are all connected correctly, and there is continuity through the roller contacts, replace the roller.

933 - Mirror Motor - Locks/Lost Hsync* (*Horizontal Sync) Have you gone through this exercise yet: These errors usually indicate a failure in the HYSNC signal to the printhead. Check the continuity of the cables connected to J5 and J4 on the system board. If incorrect, replace the defective cable. The voltage at J4-1 measures approximately +5 V dc. If incorrect, replace the system board. The voltage at J5-7 measures approximately +24 V dc. If incorrect, replace the system board. If correct, replace the printhead assembly. Don

on the inside of the top cover on the left side when the door is open there is a little switch youll see a little metal tab 5/16'wide push on this and see if the error clears. if it does this can be adjusted. if not pull the cartride out there are two sensors on the right inside one close to the front this is an optical sensor blow this out with canned air if you dont have an air compressor. then further back inside there is a two pin sensor make sure that if you push in on these that they dont stick. next there is a smart chip on toner caartridge that lines up with those pins when its installed clean these contacts. doing all of these things usually geets rid of the problem. no parts have been replaced recently right? check the connector to the logic board this is theeonly 3 pin connector that has black and white wires. this sohlud fix your problem
