Question about Horizon Fitness Horizon Motor T51 (treadmill)
Test voltage from output control board motor, for input voltage terminal motor, if there ARE not voltage, the control board is faulty.
see my personal TIPS for motor.
2) test the terminal voltage motor, if there ARE the motor is faulty.
3)loose the belt and try again if the motor is running the problem is the deck belt board, LUBE it.
