Make sure the WIFI printer is connected to the same network were your laptop or another device connected too.. try pinging the WIFI IP address by using the laptop under command prompt if you get a reply means the Printer is connected to your Home network and maybe re-=install the software of the printer to your laptop.. and follow the steps by steps... hope this help

You sure it was an outage and not a surge? Check for damaged or blown components inside the printer. Make sure all power conections are snug. Try a different power strip. If all else fails, contact EPSON (or whoever the hell makes this thing)

We bought a Kodak 5200 series wi-fi printer. It refuses to recognize the router. We even bought a new router - a gigabyte N as opposed to a "lite' N. We've spent two days trying to get it to...

The problem may be tha the prinrt does not support the N protocol. Only B or G.
PC Connection Hi-Speed USB,
IEEE 802.11b,
IEEE 802.11g

You need to enable G in the router in order to connect the printer to it.
