Go to http://www.behringer.com and update new drivers and firmware. If you lack the Firmware, the system will not open or recognize the device at all. Check with their technical service and tell them to walk you through the process of installing the new firmware.

I would try re-installing the drivers:

And go for a firmware install as opposed to an upgrade, if it failed halfway through the upgrade you will need to load the firmware on from scratch.
