- hi, i got the same kinda problem only that on mine there's no cd inside and door won't open or close. Mine was doing the same thing so I unplugged it and took the left side panel off to see what was wrong with it. I did this by removing the 2 screws on the left and the 3 on the back left side also.There was a cd stuck in it. It took some fenangling but I got it out and it works fine now. I know, I know. We as lay people are not supposed to do these things but it was out of warranty and would have cost me as much to have it repaired as to buy a new one. Good luck!
