Your membrane has failed. You need to replace the membrane, but you need to sanitize the system first. It would be better to get a whole new system than deal with this.

Unlikely it is worth repairing if it is out of the one year warranty, as the replacement parts (if available) could be close to the replacement cost.

My van keeps heetin up and pushin water back into the coolant tank

Hi... you are going to have to do some more checking. After the engine is cooled down open the radiator cap, look for goo on the bottom of the cap. Look for oil or goo in the coolant.

What you PROBABLY have is a bad head gasket and the pressure is pushing the coolant out of the engine...

I wish I had better news...

My fountain stoped working...

If it is the kind of fountain that you can open up and clean etc, you should do that. If it is a pet dish there is a good chance that the small pump inside that pushes water from the bottom to the top has gotten clogged up with pet hair. You should try opening it up, finding the pump, and if there is a build up of pet hair, clean it out and see if that fixes it. You should also be able to watch the pump working after cleaning it out to see whether it is still pumping or whether there may be another issue like a clogged filter elsewhere.

In the meantime, turn off the fountain and unplug it, as having the pump running but not able to **** in water will burn it out.

How to fix netgear Prosafe 16 port Model #FS116 some light out

Power off, wait a couple of minutes (seriously, give it time to discharge) and power back on. If the problem is still there, it's broken - toss it and replace.

Is it just the link lights or is it the ports? If it's just the link lights you could either ignore the problem or open the case and check for a damaged earth.

Brown goo coming from exhaust pipe on a ford

I would think that the brown goo is most likely to be caused byworn piston rings or valve seals which are allowing unburnt oil to be expelled into the exhaust system. The other thought is that it may be a coolant leak such as a head gasket problem which is allowing steam or water into the engine and then exhaust.
