Sorry to hear you are being bullied, I know it can be pretty horrible but try not let them get to you, everyone is different and individual and that is what makes us all so special. Bullies are unhappy or frustrated or even angry with themselves and try to gain control over your feelings so you will feel as bad as they do. When they make fun of you try to walk away or ignore them or if you are confident enough calmly tell them you are not interested in what they have to say, if you have to practice your calm responses then do so out loud into a mirror until you feel confident enough. If you keep repeating these actions they will soon see you are not a suitable target and will start leaving you alone. If they are physically hurting you always make sure you protect yourself.
You really should confide in someone about this and talk your worries over with them whenever you need to, preferably an adult like your parents or maybe an aunt, a teacher or perhaps a good friend. They might be able to help stop the bullying, make sure you report every incident to whoever you choose to talk to about it.
To help with the worry and stress take up some sort of exercise it can really help, maybe go running or even just go to your room and punch at the mattress for a bit. Don't let thoughts of what they have said run around in your head afterwards either, try pushing those things out and think about things you really like. Make a list of positive things about your yourself and when you feel down because of the bullies read your list to remind yourself of who you really are and not who the bullies want you to be. Try reading the list out loud while looking in the mirror and smiling at yourself, this can really help boost your confidence in yourself.
