check your door switch take it off. if you have a meter check continuity when button is pressed you should have continuity. if you dont try tapping on it with a screw driver and putting it back together. let me know if this helps
Hi! crystal2hd My he3 dryer does not have a door lock. The door switch turns off the light and allows the dryer to start. Make sure this switch is not damaged. Unplug the dryer before removing the front cover. InMrFixIt
Hi! debby1114 and sydver I can imagine why several people are have similar problem, lets start with the basics and check the voltage at the wall recepticle. If this is the HE4 units made by Whirlpool for Kenmore, the first three digits of the model number could be 110. Let me know if you have had the power at the wall checked, and the breaker. This looks like a power problem to me.
