How do you empty the sentbox in incredimail?

?

A: The 'Deleted Items' folder contains the email messages deleted from your other folders. It is recommended that you empty the 'Deleted Items'folder from time to time, to avoid the build up of old and unnecessary email, which may slow down your email environment.

To empty the 'Deleted Items' folder, simply right-click the folder and select 'Empty 'Deleted Items' Folder'. If the 'Deleted Items' folder is not emptied, please follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (orange envelope), located in the lower right corner (near the computer clock), and select 'Exit'.
  2. Windows 2000 or XP users: Browse to the following location:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Your Profile(Logon Name)\Local Settings\Application Data\IM\Identities\{Long Number}\Message Store

Windows 98 or ME users: Browse to the following location:

    C:\Windows\Application Data\IM\Identities\{Long Number}\Message Store
  3. Delete the 'Deleted Items.imm' and the 'Deleted Items.imh' files.
  4. Open IncrediMail. Next time you wish to empty your 'Deleted Items' folder, simply right-click the folder and select 'Empty 'Deleted Items' folder'.

Card says its full on camera and laptop, but I don't see any photos in either of the two folders on it. they are named canon 100 and canon 101

So with the folders you click on them and they are empty? if so not a problem do a safe disconnect and then format the memory card. You didn't tell me what camera model so the only thing I can suggest to find the format feature is to go onto the set up menu use the arrow keys to scroll down through the menus to Format and follow the instructions to format the card. Once done you are good to go. As a rule of thumb the memory card should be formatted each time you down load pictures to the computer Cheers have a great day

I can not print on my canon iP90v. I try to download a new driver for it, but i keep getting an error that says I have problems with printer spooler.Do you have any tips?

You could either kick it or try this (less expensive) trick:

  1. Click "start" and go to "Run"

  2. Type "services.msc" at the prompt which will open the Services
    window (ooh, pretty...)

  3. Scroll down the alphabetical list in the right window pane until you come
to the entry with the name "Print Spooler"

  4. Right-click this entry, then select "stop". This will stop the computer
running the process that holds your print queues.

  5. Leaving that window open for now, click again on "Start", and then click
"My Computer" to open a Windows Explorer window.

  6. We've stopped the queue service, now we just have to clear the jam that is
already there. To do this we navigate to the print spool folder which is hiding
within the Windows folders. Usually Windows is installed on C: drive, but you
should be easily able to tell when the Explorer window opens which drive it is
    on.

The usual path to the spool folder is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS, but yours may be slightly
different. Your windows drive may have another name for instance, but this would
be uncommon. So click on your Windows drive (usually C), then double-click on
the Windows folder, and then find the System32 folder and double-click on
that. Windows may warn you that you are about to view system files, but click
"View files anyway" message and search out the "spool folder". Within the
Spool folder is your Printers folder, and you should open
    that.

  7. Delete every file within this folder to empty the jammed print queue
(pressing the "ctrl" and "a" keys will select all files and then you can just
    hit "delete").

  8. Close the explorer window now that we have emptied the cleared spool files,
and return to your Services window. we must re-start the Print spool
service, and do so by right-clicking the Print Spool entry and selecting
"Start" from the list. Close the services window and try printing again

Canon iP1600 is saying cartridges are empty, new ones in so how do I change setting to full?

Goto Start, Printers and Faxes, right click on the IP1600 icon.

Look through the folders there for the reset cartridges box.

Should work then.

This solution does not work. On MAc there is no way to use this scanner. Canon sucks!!! There was no info about supported os on the box. It is just unfair to sell products without providing drivers for users.
