Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player
I am having the same problem as nera. My iriver H10 says that it is USB CONNECTED on the screen, but my computer doesn't acknowledge it. All it does is make three fast low not beeps but tones when I plug it in, rather than the low-high two-toned noise the computer usually makes when something is plugged into the USB port. Other computers recognize my iriver though...so any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated!!
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard
