Question about PC Chips P53G v1.0 Motherboard
This happens when there is some fault on hardware side.. Mostly this happens due to RAM.
Open Cabinet, remove RAM, clean it and plug it back in. Also, check the CMOS battery, replace if required.
Ensure RAM is correctly placed in the socket
