It might be the audio amp acting up when cold they have caps in the audio supply that dont have the correct value till it warms up. that is located on the main board

If the channel are constantly changing then you have bad channel switch inside the set. The switch is located just behind the channel up or down (depending on which direction the channel are going). I have fixed them before by taking the back off and squirting with WD40 to loosen them up. However, the best fix it to replace. They are called tact switches and there are many different kinds in different TV's You would have to have the exact replacement. Has to be unsoldered the old and solder in the new. I recommend changing all of them including the Volume + and _ and the others as well. Do a search online for electronic parts and you will find a supplier.
