Re: V400 lost sender unit

Hi carolinen, sorry to hear you lost the sender, they make them so small they just ask to get lost! It is possible to buy a replacement sender, but I would not recommend as it costs a little more than it would to buy a new v400. So if you do require another the same, I recommend you check out ebay, where there are quite a few v400s for sale at reasonable prices. Hope this helps! Si :)

Where is the receiver or usb device in a GE wireless optical mouse 98763

There isn't one on a wireless mouse. You get the sender with the mouse that goes into your USB port on computer.Put it back together and find the little USB sender in the blister pack, put a battery in the mouse, and your good to go.All i use is wireless mice.

I loaned my mouse to someone and they lost the usb plug in is there another one that will work or can it be replaced without buying a new mouse

Sadly, you'll have to replace it. You might be able to buy another of the EXACT same model, but then your problem still remains. The reason is they are bonded with a specific wavelength and transmission protocol to that specific mouse so there isn't any interference.

Broken Prong inside connector for mouse

If the ps2 port on the main board is broken you will need to replace the board. If this is the case and your computer has usb ports on it just go out and buy a usb mouse.

If the part that is broken is from the mouse by using tweezers try to gently remove the broken part from the board. if unsuccessful use the usb port with a usb mouse.

Mouse goofy

Hi, this could be a problem with pairing. Try re-pairing your mouse with the usb sender, it should say how to do that in the manual that came with the mouse. Also, possibly try a different usb port/new batteries in the mouse. Hope this is useful in some way! Si :)

Pairing WOM20 with Computer

i think you may be getting wireless confused with bluetooth. Your mouse is wireless and it needs the wireless sender unit connected to a usb port, but this is not bluetooth, it picks up the wireless signal from the sender to work. You will also need to install any software that you got with the mouse (if any), as you will need to set up the button and click functions, unless it just uses the normal pointing device driver in windows.
