Question about Samsung Infuse 4g Sgh-i997 At&t black Mint Condition
First of all check in the AT&T website to see if they are able to help you. If they do not support your phone naymore or are aout of warranty, then you can try installing Kies from the Samsung website and let it update, or download Odin and the Android OS that you want to install. By using Odin you are able to flash the OS yourself. Please, refer to this page and read here about updating to JB.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
