Question about LG Washing Machines
My washing machine keeps on tripping the electricity. I have changed the plug, plugged it into another socket, but the problem stays the same. What can I do to rectify the problem
Check the load of clothes in your machine ! Unload it! And turn it on empty! Check if its working ! If yes then reduce the quantity of cloths you are putting in

it is possible the heater is at fault try this first / then check motor / after these there could be an exposed wire shorting on the chassis . always remove plug from mains when carring out checks . good luck

There is obviously an electrical problem that is causing the trip to operate try it in another socket, then check the plug , if o/k, then it is a case of open ing the washer up to try and locate the prob,
At this stage, it literally could be anything, from a faulty motor, faulty heater, faulty suppressor, the list is endless.
Plz rate my comments.

From the symptons described, I would suspect that the heating element is faulty, disconnect the heater, and try it again, if it does not trip, then replace heater.
Please rate my solution.
