connect the pad to your computer and open iTunes, turn off the ipad, then hold both the lock and the home button for 10 seconds, then release the lock button while continuing to hold the home button until iTunes recognizes the iPad.
You can reset it using iTunes. Open iTunes, plug the iPod in using USB, then turn of the iPod, once it's off hold down the home and lock buttons for 10 seconds, then release the lock button while continuing to hold the home button. After a few seconds iTunes should detect the iPod and let you restore it without the code.
You can reset it using iTunes. Open iTunes, plug the iPod in using USB,
then turn of the iPhone, once it's off hold down the home and lock buttons
for 10 seconds, then release the lock button while continuing to hold
the home button. After a few seconds iTunes should detect the iPhone. Then
you should be able to restore the iPhone back to factory defaults. Even if you forgot the password.
You need to try to do a hard reset, then a restore. Follow instructions below:
1. Hold down home and power button together until screen turns completely black.
2. Open up iTunes on your computer
3. While holding down the home button, plug your iPhone into your computer and continue holding down home button until iTunes recognizes the iPhone
4. Should see dialog box from iTunes saying, "iTunes has detected an iPhone in Recovery Mode, you must restore this device"
