English

A noun is any physical or imaginary object.
A verb is anything that an object can do.
A pronoun is a special reusable "general purpose" noun used to indicate another noun.
An adjective (you missed that one) is a word that describes a noun.
An adverb is a word that describes a verb.

For example, "My red ladder folds easily - it is new".
"Ladder" is a noun, a physical object. "Folds" is a verb - it tells what the ladder can do. "My" and "red" are both adjectives; they describe the ladder (the noun). "Easily" is an adverb; it describes how the ladder folds (describes the verb). "It" is a pronoun, which is reusable because the same "it" could be used to indicate a ladder, a car, a shirt, a philosophy, an incident, nearly any noun. "is" is another verb, telling something that "it" can do (it can "be" something). "New" is another adjective, describing the ladder.

What is ladder golf?

Ladder golf is a tossing game played with a ladder placed about 15 feet from the player, and three sets of bolas (two golf balls connected by a string). The player has to toss the bolas to the ladder trying to get them hanging by the string to the ladder bar.

What is a telescoping ladder?

Cynthia. The ladders Justin are referring to are not Telescoping Ladders. A telescopic ladder is one that collapses into itself like a telescope or a collapsible tumbler or "cup". Generally stands about 2-3' tall when completely collapsed and you can feed out as much of it as you need provided what you need in height isn't more than the ladders total length.
These ladders are GREAT and are typically used for inspections and cable installers. Some are rated for a fair amount of weight but I wouldn't trust it. We love using them and have been a great tool to have in the arsenal.
I have attached a photograph of one of our telescopic ladders.

How many ladders should I put in the cage?

It depends on the bird type and size. If it is a big parrot like African greys or macaws I would put 2-3 ladders. I also recommend having ladders and perches in the birds stand so the bird will be able to stretch their wings and do some exercise.

Try going on-line to the manufacturers web site if there is one. More to the point is what is it you want to do that you can't with the ladder?
