You have to call your previous telephone service provider or the phone manufacturer so that you can request for a sim subsidy unlock code so that you can use your t-mobile sim card. Hope this helps

The sim unlock code is a specific code you would have to request from your carrier. They can put the request to the manufacture and it'll come back to them and you via e-mail with the code and procedure. They'll even make sure the IMEI# matches. If you put the code in too many times incorrectly, it'll lock the device, and you have a paper weight on your hands.

Subsidy Password is the same as an Unlock Code.

Suggest you either put a SIM in the phone that's the same phone company as the original and therefore works with a locked phone, or request an unlock code from teh original service provider, or try using 84512461 as a Subsidy Code.
