On the keyboard you will see Fn key and up top of the keyboard you will see the volume up and down on different keys their usually a different colour than the rest of keys like red or blue... hold down the Fn key and press the volume up on the top of keyboard. If that doesnt work down on the right side where the clock is on your toolbar youll see an icon like a speaker click on that then drag the volume bar up or down this is another option
