Ikea Vreta recliner

The foot rest part of the recliner won't stay closed. What can I do to fix it or is there an online tutorial somewhere that could help with this model?

SOURCE: I just bought the VRETA recliner from Ikea and went to put it together only to realize that I seem to have lost the instruction manual. Does anyone know where I can find the manual for this chair?

The Ikea website has copies of assembly instructions for all of their products. I have copied the link to the manual for your requested product here for you.
