I have an older Vornado 280B (it looks just like the current 730 series with the small stand). I've been able to remove the front grill & clean it and the blades, but now I'd like to remove the rear grill from the motor so I can clean the rear grill. How do I do this? Thanks!

I have a vornado fan on a pedistal that's about 13 years old. Have to twirl the blades manually to get it to start. Acts like the blades bog down and won't turn after turning off the fan for the night. Have cleaned it but still won't start without spinning the blades manually. Do I need to oil the shaft or what?
