In case you mean Mappy, then I would suggest you use the latest generation of browsers, being Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7.
That should take care of the problem, since Mappy and Adobe are completely unconnected, there must be something wrong with browser compatibility or settings.

In case you truly mean mapi (Messaging application programming interface) I'll have to do some more searching ;)

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How to install adobe reader 9

First, Download it if you don't already have it..
http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Click the install now, Follow the prompts with allow, yes, I agree, etc etc..

My only advice is that if it asks to install a google toolbar/etc. Uncheck the option.

The installation of adobe reader should be pretty straight forward.

There's a discussion of this problem on Adobe's forum at

Maybe some of the ideas there will help.

Have you tried Foxit Reader? It's for .pdf files and I've had very good luck with it. Download it for free:

You may need to remove the Adobe 9 program, download the program again (there was a recent upgrade), and reinstall it. That should override any previous settings.
