In case you mean Mappy, then I would suggest you use the latest generation of browsers, being Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7.
That should take care of the problem, since Mappy and Adobe are completely unconnected, there must be something wrong with browser compatibility or settings.
In case you truly mean mapi (Messaging application programming interface) I'll have to do some more searching ;)
