If this is Woods timer, then there are no replacement parts.
I am not familiar with KMD as a model number or brand.
Copy following link to identify same-similar timer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html
Add comment and describe timer in detail or attach photo.
The only timers on market today with replacement parts are Intermatic. And some Tork.

I am considering purchasing a Woods timer to connect my dehumidifier to so that I can just run it for approx. 3 hours per day. I have a three prong electrical plug on the dehumidifier. Which timer would...

I suggest 120Volt HB113C Intermatic appliance timer for heavy motor loads like dehumidifier:
http://www.smarthome.com/25071/Intermatic-HB113C-120V-20A-Heavy-Duty-Mechanical-Appliance-Timer/p.aspx
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#appliance

Dehumidifier has watt rating on nameplate.
Dehudifier has a compressor or motor load.
Many timers today are not rated for 1500Watt and 1800Watt motor load of dehumidifier.
For example Woods 59377 timer can handle 1875 watts, but timer is for incandescent only.
Woods 59366 timer is rated incandescent only. Your motor might burn up timer and be a fire hazard.

I need instructions for outdoor timer model TM-104 E227659

There are two different TM-104 timers that show in web search.
1) Buffalo TM-104 sports timer
I don't have information on Buffalo TM104, or a manual
2) Westek TM104 208 to 277-Volt 4HP timer is sold by Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Westek-TM104-277-Volt-Hardwire-Mechanical/dp/B002YGS6TU
I don't have a manual for Westek TM104 but can help you decipher your manual.
Also you can scan your manual into pdf format, post manual on your website for free, and then add a comment to this thread so other can enjoy your generosity.

There is one answer on fixya that says E227659 timer is Woods 59403
http://www.fixya.com/support/t6189563-need_instructions
Open following link to identify Woods timers.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#6-24

Add a comment with more information about your timer, for example brand and appearance so fixya can narrow down correct answer for do-it-yourselfers seeking free information.
Also take advantage of fixya phone service.
For a price, expert speaks with you over phone while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

Woods model 16ULD/3A timer-lost instuctions

I have not heard of Woods 16ULD.
Woods timers sometimes have more than 1 model number for same timer, depending on who packaged and sold timer.

You posted under Woods plug-in timer with segments around edge of dial.
If this is not your timer, add a comment.

Also see lost of Woods timers where you might recognized photo of your model:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html

To program Woods timers with segments:
Rotate dial until current time lines up with arrowhead located on inner dial
Segments around outer edge of dial lift up.
Use fingernail, or small screwdriver to lift up segments when you want timer to turn OFF.
Leave segments down for times you want timer ON.
Slide switch located on top of timer is manual override.
Move switch to ON position when you want lights ON full time.
Move switch other direction for timer program to operate.
Timer dial rotates with passing time.
Program repeats each 24 hours.
Table lamp must be turned ON for timer to function.
If timer doesn't work, check receptacle for power, check that lamp is turned ON, and check that bulb is good.
