SOURCE: Kool Mate 40 Cord melt down

The unit itself is the problem. You should call coleman customer service and tell them you have been haveing this problem from the start and ask to talk to a manager. Tell them that the cord has been replaced numerous and that you checkd voltage and this is fine. You want a new unit because it has been happening since you bought it and all the keep sending is the cord. Tell them if anythig bad happens pertaining to safety issues that you don,t want to call the better bussiness office and that they will be responsible for any damage done due to a faulty unit. Be professional about it and I am sure they will help you.

What kool king? Some are fully evaporative, some partial. None the less depending on humidity and how much condensation machine is producing all need drained. Typically it will shut down when and if it needs drained but if you are concerned, pull the plug!!

The ac blows but it dosent blow kool fan works and its full of freon what should i do and if it blows kool it only blows kool at night

You have the system leak tested

Then have it evacuated & leaks repaired
& recharged

It only cools at night because it is low on refrigerant
& during the day it is so hot in the condensor
that it boils off refrigerant before the expansion valve
& doesn't cool the evaporator

No -- you can not add & polute the atmoshpere

I would think there may be air in there also

Can not work on it yourself

There is antifreeze leaking from the over follw..took it to be looked at before that over heated

Hi mate a head gasket leak can over pressure the cooling system causing this but it is quite common for the overflow to release fluid if over heating or if you idle for to long its just releasing what it doesn't need?
however if you keep checking your radiator fluid levels when bike completely cold and it always needs fluid added then there is a problem... Either radiator dirty or damaged or blocked causing excess heating or head gasket causing excess pressure inside the cooling system

I HAVE A 91 HONDA ACCORD WHICH HAS TWO ELEC FANS

Both fans cool the motor. If you have the air conditioner on both fans will run because the cars cooling system will have to disapate more heat. If you have the air conditioner off only one fan will run because the heat load on the engine isn't as great.
