I can't figure out how to signal for a fair catch on the game cube version of madden football. How can I do this?

first You MUST be the return man and afterwards hit the triangle button.

then theirs something wrong with your version, because my cousin's works perfectly fine. and his cousin has it for Xbox and it works fine. i would check the back of the cd see the scratches and if its damaged, get it buffed out or buy a new/used one.

I exchanged the ball and the new one reset fine.

If you have madden 07 or earlier it probably is. If you have madden 08 or any other current football games it might be down temporarily for maintenance.
