Is this a new commercial dryer? If so you should contact your installer or the dealer you purchased from. Sounds like a reminder for service or safety inspection.

Load was out of balance (to Heavy with water, to many Jeans etc.)
Open washer and look at switch, it may be stuck or the switch is bad and the load was not to heavy.

put some calgon tablets in the tub put on high temp with no clothes in it should clean your machine do this once a month
