Question about Siemens Bosch Neff Fan Oven Element Genuine Part 494643

Open Question

I have a bosch duel oven model HBN435a. The main fan assisted oven only heats to approximately 150 deg. and won't go any higher. I have replaced the thermostate but the oven still cuts out at 150 deg. Any idea what can be causing this please. Regards Harry Hicks

Most likely part is the oven control board, it has relays on it . There is one stuck. IT is 2235 dollars to replace.

Bosch HBN7052 - main fuse tripping even after replacing the heating element

It appears there is too much current (electricity) being drawn towards the element, seeing once you replaced it, it worked fine for 5 minutes and then tripped again...I believe the problems lies within the wiring going towards the element, or the thermostat that controls the amount of current coming towards the element. Instead of turning off at a desired temperature, its not and continuing to heat up to the point of tripping the fuse. Try replacing the thermostat.

Main oven doesn't heat up. is there a fuse i can change some where?

If it is a electric fan assisted oven, and the fan is working o/k, then you will probably find that the oven element is faulty.
This is located at the rear of the the oven compartment, behind a removeable cover.
Hope this helps.

I'm looking at a KitchenAide KDDT207B duel-fuel used stove to purchase used from a private party I don't know. Are there reliability concerns?

I have this same oven. It began to intermittently fail when using the oven. The error code suggested it was a problem with the keypad. I suspected it was because the electronics was overheating. The electronics for this model is approximately underneath the right front gas top range. What I found was that the failure occured when both the oven and the right front gas range were being used simultaneously. This caused overheating since the electronics has not fan in this model and the heat radiating down from the pan above the gas range is added to the heat coming from the oven below. The electronics is sandwiched between these two heat sources.
