Hi,
Looks as if Google Chrome was your default browser> Now since you have removed it, you have to make another browser as your default browser.
If you have Internet Explorer, go to internet options, select Program Tab, there you will find an optionto make IE as you deafult browser. Select it>OK.

That should solve your problem

I get my emails but can't reply or forward on google chrome. Help?

Which e-mail client are you using this most probably is a web client issue rather than a browser prblem but still you can try to reset your browser to ensure that everythings is fine from your side. Alternatively try opening up it on a different computer and see that if the forwarding and replying options work. If not then you need to contact your web-client.

Disable pdf viewer

Google Chrome contains an integrated PDF viewer, which may have problems displaying some Portable Document Format files. You can bypass or disable this PDF viewer to get around display problems with your PDF documents by viewing them with Adobe Reader. If the Adobe Reader plug-in isn't working properly, it may be incorrectly configured or its files may be corrupt.

Integrated PDF When you click a link to a PDF link on a Web page, Google Chrome opens the PDF in its integrated PDF viewer instead of the Adobe Reader plug-in. Chrome's PDF viewer doesn't contain many advanced features, so you can click "Yes" to the "Parts of this PDF document could not be displayed. Open in Adobe Reader?" bar that appears at the top of the PDF document to view it in Adobe Reader. b> Disabling Integrated PDF b> If you frequently open PDF documents that Google Chrome has problems displaying, you can disable the integrated PDF viewer to bypass it and always open PDFs with Adobe Reader. Type "About:plugins" into Google Chrome's address bar and press "Enter" to open the plug-ins management page. Click the "Disable" link under Chrome PDF Viewer on the plug-ins page to disable it. b> Updates b> Problems with PDF display may be fixed in newer versions of Google Chrome or Adobe Reader. You can check for updates to Google Chrome by clicking the wrench menu, and selecting "About Google Chrome." Chrome checks for new versions and displays version information at the bottom of the About window. You can update Adobe Reader by clicking "Start," selecting "All Programs," clicking the "Adobe Reader" shortcut, clicking the "Help" menu at the top of the Adobe Reader window and selecting "Check for Updates." b> Reader Settings b> Adobe Reader only displays PDFs in Google Chrome and other Web browsers if the Display PDF in Browser option is enabled. You can enable it from the preferences window in Adobe Reader. Open it by clicking the "Edit" menu, selecting "Preferences" and clicking the "Internet" category at the left side of the preferences window. Click the "Display PDF in Browser" check box to enable it if it's disabled and click "OK." b> Reader Problems b> Problems displaying PDFs may be caused by having multiple versions of Adobe Reader installed. Examine your list of installed programs and uninstall old versions of Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat if you have multiple versions installed. Open the Uninstall Programs window by clicking "Start," clicking "Control Panel" and selecting "Uninstall a Program." You can also click the "Help" menu in Adobe Reader and select "Repair Adobe Reader Installation" to repair any problems with your Adobe Reader installation.

How to permanently uninstall google chrome from mac

Uninstall Google Chrome from Mac To uninstall Google Chrome completely, make sure you are logged in with administrator rights if Google Chrome is in the Applications folder. Go to the folder containing the web browser and drag it to the Trash icon on the Dock. Drag the Google Chrome icon out of the Dock to remove it as well.

Hi why can i not connect to google home page when i click on google chrome it work for my internet but when my mail i open in windows live mail, and i want to link to their web sights it will not connect...

In order to change the home page for Google Chrome, simply press the wrench icon and change the homepage.
As for the Windows Live Mail issue, I'm guessing that the link for it in your start menu isn't working properly, so I'd suggest you uninstall the program in your Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs and reinstall it from http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mail?os=other

Will not go to any web pages. it says error

Hi, check how is the Internet Explorer working. If Internet Explorer is working fine, then the best and quickest resolution would be to simply uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome on your computer. Before that, make sure you have backed up your favourites.
I hope this helps.

Chrome don't open links?

Hey There Buddy!
Chrome is in my opinion VERY fast and reliable even compared to Firefox. I don't see how this could be a Chrome problem, maybe its some sort of compatibility problem. You remember installing any software recently, or to be more specific, any dodgy ones or any web-related software. If that is the case then uninstall the software and restart Windows to see if the problem is solved. Also you should see to it that Chrome is updated to its latest version. to do that - 1. Click on the button on Chrome with the icon of a spanner, it should say Customize and Control Google Chrome. 2. Then click on 'About Google Chrome'. 3. It should show whether the version is out-of -date or up-to-date there!
Hope it helps man, Cheers, DJ

After Chrome uninstall Web page icons gone

I fully agree and sympathize with you.

I faced a similar problem and here is the solution for it.

First uninstall Google Chrome (From what you have written; you have already uninstalled it).

Go to "Set Default Programs" (Control Panel>Default Programs>Set Default Programs)

Select Internet Explorer and click Set this program as default

Select Microsoft Office Outlook and click Set this program as default

Run Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and browse to location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Ext and change the value data of all DWORD entries from 1 to 0.

Launch Internet Explorer first; launch your Mail client (hopefully Microsoft Officer Outlook).

Check if all is well and you are now able to open links from within your Mail client.

If all is well now, you may change your Default Program settings to Firefox.

P.S. Just remember to say thanks :) and you can always change the Firefox icons, you do know how?
