Car gets hot pretty quick and will overheat, noticed fans arent coming on when car is hot or if I turn a/c on. Have caught them running recently but didnt catch it again.

it could be the cooling fan relays or possibly the cooling fans. to check the fans disconnect the plug at the fans and run jumper wires to them both power and ground. if they don`t work then the fans are bad. check voltage and grounds at the plugs when they should be running, if they are good then the wiring is good. it could also be the coolant sensor for the fans that send the signal from the sensor to the computer so it knows when to turn on the fans. the fan that runs with the A/C when turned on could be the A/C relay.

My 2010 Chevrolet Aveo LT is making a clicking sound when I turn on my AC, but I turn it off it stops- occassionally blowing cool air but then turning hot. Any suggestion for an easy fix without breaking...

Your system is low on R134....the clicking is the compressor engaging and disengaging. You will get cool air while compressor is on, then warm when its off. They will act this way when R134 is low. Now either a leak in the system, or the system just needs a boost. Another thing to check is the condensor fan under the hood. When you turn the AC on,the condensor fan needs to be running, if its not then its a bad fan motor, relay, or fan sensor. I don;t know what your abilities are, but maybe armed with this info you can work on it yourself, or at least not get taken advantage of at the mechanics. Good luck !!

HOW HOT SPOTS ARE FORMED

Hot Spots? sounds like wrong motherboard drivers or not updated overuse of cpu by stuff running in the background, toolbars and the cooling system not working properly. maybe need some paste under cooling fan and on top of processor or GPU where fans are located.
Youtube can give you more info on how to fix things.

Want to know why one fan turns on all the time but the other two don't. Is this normal. The heating is working fine besides this. Tax

That's a condenser fan motors they work when you a/c system is running. On hot weather temperature they should work all the motors to keep the system cool.On the winter time they never works cause the weather outside is too cold.

Where i can run cooling fan on hp pavilion dv6 laptop 2011 ? i buy new one but i don't no which button i have to press Please help me

It sounds like your cooling fan has stopped and you bought a new one.
The fans are plugged into the motherboard. Your motherboard probably has at least two fan connectors-they are marked "fan" or "case fan" or something like that. There is no button to turn them on. They come on when you start the system.

Everytime my charger is plugged in, my laptop decides to turn off. It gets really hot underneath. Do you think i'll need a new fan?

Check the vents. Quite often it's a build up of dust on the fan and surrounding area.
Give it a good blow out and see if that helps

Power to the mobo

Without having the specs on the motherboard or knowing how old it is, it's difficult to say if it is beyond repair. Although my experience with computers shutting down that quickly while attempting to boot have been a problem related to processor overheating. Processors get very hot within seconds of powering on. If the processor cooling fan or the thermal paste is not working as intended the system will shut down quickly. You may want to check those two possibilities before purchasing a new motherboard.

have had motherboards become static choked, and all you can do if this is the case is to leave it plugged in to power supply, but turned off, for a day or two. don't know if it works with laptops, but sure works great with "dead" motherboards.
