The cheapest way is probably to buy a usb keyboard.
other than that with it being a laptop you will have to take it to a computer shop to be repaired which will cost alot in labour

I am missing the control key button on the lower left side of keyboard and missing the I button.

The only thing you can do at this point is to find a broken sony laptop keyboard and take the keys off that and put them on your keyboard or just to get a brand new keyboard cause if certain keys fell off then others may be soon to follow.

Just from a search from Ebay brought up this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Sony-Keyboard-KEY-VGN-S370-VGN-S380-VGN-S430-VGN-S460_W0QQitemZ270336571206QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPCA_Mice_Trackballs?hash=item3ef150b746&_trksid=p3286.m20.l1116

You can buy just the keys you need and the total cost would be less then the cost of a new keyboard and a new one can cost around $80.00 as according to this website:

http://product.pelltechnology.com/Sony_Vaio_VGN-S460_Keyboard_replacement.asp

At least you have a choice in which way you want to go.

not sure how to fix your installed keyboard, but a low cost solution is to buy an external keyboard and mouse combo, I purchased one for $22:00.

Since i washed my keyboard with water is been acting weired.when i press spacebar it turns out enter so i have to hold ctrl before it becomes space why?

Common keyboards are nothing but a bunch of switches and the currents that flow inside of keyboard are very small. If you 'washed' it as you stated, you have probably gotten moisture into it along with some contaminents you wanted to remove and it is causing currents to flow where they shouldn't.
Don't do this to your next keyboard; if you want to clean it, use a dampened clean paint brush followed immediately by a clean towel.
Never put liquid anything on these, they aren't designed for use while snorkeling.
Standard keyboards cost <$20 and I have gotten them free after rebate so you can shop these pretty well.

Broken

No problem people. I am here to help. The thing you can do is to return the keyboard to the store you bought it. Or if you like online shopping, here is a list of keyboards you might want to considered:http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/default.mspx

Please!!!! Tell me if this works.

Replace keyboard for acer 3100

On your laptop there should be two identical lugs apart from each other. Just gently prize them out all the way around the keyboard. You'll see a couple of screws securing the the keyboard loosen those and withdraw the old keybord. BE EXTRA careful when disengaging the connection to the laptop. A paper looking connection dont force it out gently ease it and replace it the same way. good luck .. hope you come back here and let me know how you got on most people get what they want and run!!! thats life
