Question about RIM BlackBerry 7290
Try taking the battery out for about 10 minutes. Plug in the power cord only. Once it powers up with the power cord only then put in your battery. Unplug the power cord only after the battery is showing a full charge. Turn off the device and turn it back on.
If that doesn't work you can try dropping it on the ground a few times on a carpeted area. Make sure it drops on the face about 5 or 6 feet up. I know...I know...sounds crazy.
Otherwise, you can wipe it clean but that erases all data on it.
