Loose the drive belt and test if the motor are making noise, if there the motor is faulty, repair.
If doesnot, the deck belt+rollers bearing front and back need LUBE, do ti with wax or silicone( in deck belt) , rollers bearing use grease a little.
God bless you

Why is my true 400p stuck on maximum incline and will not lower?

It is likely the connections to the incline motor are loose or the incline motor itself is faulty. Refer Troubleshooting section in the manual which you can download from this site.

Treadmill doesnt want to start

1) LUBE the deck belt, maybe you have WORN deck belt by lack of lube and maintenance.
2) LUBE the rollers bearint you must do it after 5 hours of use.
3) Test the drive belt for loose or faulty.
4) Test the input voltage motor, if there are voltage the motor need repair, see my personal TIPS.

Squeaking noise from tread

usually when a treadmill begins to make a squeaking sound it means that the belt needs to be lubricated. Try Treadmill Belt Lubricant available at Canadian Tire for $10.99 and is good for Reebok treadmills.

We are getting a speed stall error on our True Fitness treadmill PS100. Is there anything we can do to fix it?

Yes you may be able to recalabrate the machine. A grade stall is when the machine does bot think the machine is at the right height. A bad lower board can also be the problem. True has those treadmills brought overseas. There not the american made quality of the units they useto make in MO.

It can be fixed. I know all the employees at True
