The message system is no longer working; therefore if someone calls my phone, he/she can't leave a message. How can I activate the message system again.

Message system does not work, system wide or just at your ext.? If it doesn't work system wide you have big problems. If it is only at your ext. your call forwarding maybe turned off. press superkey then press next til you see call forward and set it up. You Need to know pilot number to Voicemail.
