Problem with toshiba M100 keyboard control chip? key always stuck

I have A problem with the ''V'' key randomly getting stuck. i have tried removing the keyboard but it still beeps and the V key continue being pressed . i believe its a problem with the keyboard control on the motherboard. Anyone have a manual or a schema of the Satellite M100 laptop to help me find that controller on the motherboard, send me information to fersango@gmail.com.

Actually it looks like a problem with the key itself to me. It would be easier to just replace the keyboard, e.g buy used one on ebay. If it was the keyboard controller, you would probably get problems with other keys too due to how it works (keyboard scanning - a few keys processed on one input).

You will need to set the keyboard layout to us.

You will need to do this in the

Toshiba portégé M100 keyboard problem

If you see your keyboard as 6" x 4" then it actually measures 6.2" x 4.2" remaining areas are blow the plastic cover either you remove the top for which you will have to remove your monitor first all these are done by experts because you can damage very thin film at any time which keeps your display connected or your power switch connected. I won't recommend you to do all these yourself. I'll recommend you to take a vaccum cleaner put it on blower and blow your keyboard from all four side. Then take a pin and try to push your l and e key up from all the side i.e. circumfrence . If this helps its good. kindly don't try to remove your keyboard yourself you'll do more damage to it.

Toshiba Laptop Keyboard Not Working

pls dont use your notebook yet, since there are still moisture in it. try to use a hair blower but place the hair blower at least 2 feet away. you dont want to melt the plastic in your notebook. blower it for 20minutes then try to turn on your computer. if it still does not work. I suggest to bring it to the service center of your notebook.

Toshiba Laptop Keyboard problem

My Toshiba Satellite A45 S120 keyboard has a problem, some of the keys are not working. When you type it does noting. Sometimes when you start the computer, it continuously types the letter eeeeeeee. You can hit some keys randomly and this will stop, but if you start a program (eg. ms word) the same thing happens.
