Replace the LOT with the same number. There is no repair to it. Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" or "Magazine" will make surf easy. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

I have Whirlpool RBS305PDB16.The bottom broiler element will not heat up only the top.Any ideas on the problem?

the broil element
is the heating element that is found at the top of the oven and produces a very high heat for broiling. If the broil element isn't working, you should first do a visual inspection for signs that the element has blistered or separated. If the element appears normal then you can check for continuity with a multi-meter. Remove power from the appliance before performing this test. Remove the back panel and locate the terminals for the broil element and inspect the terminals and wires for signs of overheating or damage.

If there is no continuity then the element will need to be replaced. If the wires are damaged then they will need to be repaired. If the element is ok then you will need to check the broil circuit to determine the cause. This involves live voltage checks and should only be performed by qualified persons. Components to check include fuses, if the range is equipped, and oven control thermostat or electronic control. Depending on the manufacturer of the element, you will normally read between 19 ohms and 115 ohms

Most modern ovens use an electronic control board
to control the oven functions. These models will use the control board to operate the oven safety valve on a gas range or oven, and the bake and broil elements on an electric range or oven. If there is no power to the igniter circuit, or the element circuits, then you should check the control board to verify that there is power at the appropriate output relay. These are live voltage checks and should be performed by qualified persons only. If there is no output voltage then the control should be replaced.

Error codeE6 F2

Remove the power from the oven. Open the control panel and unplug the key pad ribbon from the control board. Assemble the control panel back and turn the power on. Wait a few hours.
If the error code came back on, replace the control board.
If the error code did not show up, replace the control panel (the key pad comes as a control panel assembly).

- The part number for the black/stainless control panel AP3131755

Good luck.

After reseting the circuit braker the smoker did not come back on

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly

Most likely the heater has failed.
The manual for the 20070106 is on this page:
http://www.masterbuilt.com/manuals.aspx

The element kit is PN: 9907090033 (Est. $45.00)

My thoughts are the element has shorted out. Before ordering read out the element with an ohm meter. Read each terminal to ground with the at least one wire disconnected. Then read the element end to end. You should read resistance end to end but NOT end to chassis.

That is just for the element. You said it did not come back on after resetting the CB. If the display is blank the control panel has failed: Contact Masterbuilt at 1.800.489.1581 (<-Only source)
MASTERBUILT Customer Service at 1-800-489-1581.
Control panel PN: 990050048 Digital Control Panel Kit

Something has caused the control panel to fail... if there is a chassis short some where in the unit you can have a brand new control panel fail. Inspect the wiring and components for signs of damage BEFORE replacing the control panel. Repair any wire damage found. Thee are only 2 components that use electricity; the control panel and the heater. Finding a wiring problem should be simple.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

Lightning Strike - Master Temp 250

I have dealt with similarly damaged boards, I can testify that while they can be repaired, the cost of labor is the most significant factor and some parts may be tough to get. I would have never undertaken it but the company which manufactured the control board (this was a sophisticated electric security gate) couldn't ship us the board in the time we could afford to wait so I repaired it. Once. The second time lightning hit it, I replaced the board and ordered the installation of a 'whole house' surge arrester.

Try this if repairing yourself...find power supply, small board with no cover over it...check voltages on output pins/plug/connectors (white plugs) three in a row...
1 Plug has 24Volt supply..1 has 12Volt supply and 1 has 5Volt supply when read to ground (screw that holds board in) if you have these voltages it's a safe bet it's the main control board...I just replaced mine and it fixed a problem like yours.
