The is something called a duty cycle and if you exceed that rating then you have to wait for it to cool off to use it again.

What does oue2 mean on the scale

Best Answer: Most digital scales have this message (OUTZ) and it can mean that your scale has been overloaded or has simply lost its calibration. If the scale was overloaded, then it is probably done for. Sometimes you can try recalibrating the scale using the manual to fix it. If the scale was delivered with this message, then I would call the manufacturer to have it replaced because it is considered DOA. If it has been some time since you purchased the scale though, and it was damaged from overloading, you may be out of luck, as overloading wouldn't be covered by warranty.

Hobart scales lines in display

All LCD displays have a connector from the main board, and it may also be ON the main board, and may have a long, special connector that is layers of silicone and conductive material that connects the back of the glass display with the connection points on the PC board.
When one of these points is not connected, you can get a blank line or a dark line on the display. Either way, you have to take the front panel off and try a few things. Sometimes just disconnecting and reconnecting the display connector is all that is needed. In the case of the silicone connector, the screws or clips that hold it together need to be loosened, the connection moved, and then re-tightended.
In the case of an intelligent display, there will be just a few wires, as few as 5 or so. In this case, the fault is in the display itself, and you have to get a new LCD display.

Mixer shuts down midway through mixing dough on low speed. Is ther a thermal overload next to contactor that may be overheating

A thermal overload is an option on the D300 and is self resetting. Assuming your machine is being operated at it's full rated voltage, you might have to cut down on the amount of dough you are mixing. If I recall correctly, the relay and overload is located in the base or behind the speed selector plate.
