Simpy first check the fuse in the pcb, might it get blown off. if it is ok then pls add a small bulb at fuse and neutral. If power is coming then simply means failure in pcb section. This fault can be removed simply. Hope it works , if not pls send me snap of pcb

Where is the Heater Blower Motor Relay on a 1997 Camry ?

why not post symtoms? is cab heater blower dead on HIGH??????
there are 5 fuses, just related to heat.
the blower relay is in the engine bay box 1 , far end marked HTR.

on high the relay coil 1 and blower pin 1 are grounded
the relay closes, if and only if the 10 amp heater fuse is good.
the relay then outputs 12v to blower in 2 and the motor RUNS.
that is it.
alldata.com read there.
or buy FSM for full facts. and schematics.

Just got 84 lasharo rv ac blower dont work cant find fuze

If a GM chassis and problem is dash air, remove the power wire from blower (under hood) & apply 12 volts directly in order to confirm blower even works. Next, pull blower relay harness & check for arcing/burnt wires & contacts (usually the culprit this year GM). If good, trace wire to relay and check for 12 volts at relay (be sure to use a test light) and do this across the ground and power wires to relay and, relay to blower. Bad grounds and burnt contacts on relays are more of a problem than fuses during these years.

1999 ford f250 blower fan not working no heat

Do you have power and ground at the motor ?
If not, you would need to get a wiring diagram to trace the circuit back to the source. You did not mention the blower switch on the dash.
I am assuming you mean the blower motor is not running, or do you mean the motor is running but no air is coming out of the vents ?

99 olds heater heats, but doesnt come on

CHECK HEATER AND AC IGNITION 10 AMP FUSE UNDER HOOD JUNCTION BOX.IF ALL IS GOOD CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF ALL LOOKS GOOD. TURN ON CONTROL SWITCH TO CHECK TO SEE IF POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR IF YES BLOWER MOTOR BAD.IF NO POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY GOOD.YOU HAVE BROKE WIRE BETWEEN SWITCH AND BLOWER MOTOR OR CONTROL SWITCH FAULTY. TO GET TO BLOWER MOTOR ITS LOCATED UNDER THE DASH ON PASSENGER BEHIND GLOVE COMPARTMONT YOU DONT HAVE TO REMOVE GLOVE BOX ITS JUST BELOW IT FAR BACK.YOU NEED TURN OFF RADIO FIRST THEN DISCONNECT NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE WAIT 20 MINUTES THIS DISABLE AIRBAGS AND THE BCM.REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR HOTWIRE IT TO SEE IF ITS WORKS. IF NO BLOWER MOTOR NO GOOD.IF BLOWER MOTOR GOOD THE AC AND HTR CONTROL SWITCH IS BAD DEALERSHIP FIX.

Horn doesnt work and gas gauge is stuck.

Could be that in both the cases the wires have snapped off and cut the circuit to the horn and teh fuel gauge. But to finalise we shall test from the horn relay if there is supply coming to switch if from the steering column. If not trace and find the missing link insde or on the switch inside the steerrign column. next check on the fuel tank rheostat. trace from here to the guage. Disconnection/ shorting to ground must give a response to the meter if not checck the guage for fault , loose connection inthe dash board cluster. Hope you get this right. Good day

Took blower motor out tested it its good , but when i hook everything up it doesnt work im thinking what ever sends the sig to the motor is bad ? nothing on the panel works ? what else could it be ?

if your talking about the ac/heat blower motor take the wire off test it with a volt meter.

if you have no power check the fuse panel if you have power there you have a short in a wire or a relay if it has one i had a blazer s-10 kept shorting out on high and sometimes in all speeds and the relay was shorting out at the wires the relay was good bend the wires or probe back a bit on the wires to see if voltage is there.

if your saying your panel also is not lighting up or no current there thats a fuse more than likely unless something shorted out behing the dash and wire is burnt maybe pinched or cut.

FUSES STILL GOOD, BLOWER MOTOR REPLACED, STILL NO BLOWER ENGAUGE. fUSE PANEL ON DRIVER SIDE DASH, CURCUIT FOR HEATER FUSE HAS NO POWER WITH TEST LIGHT. WHAT NEXT ( RELAY ) AND WERE IS IT? (1997 AUROURA)

Yes I beleive it is the blowr relay.Check battery power wire(thick red) to relay with ignition off.Check ignition wire to relay with ignition on.Then check blower wire from the same relay going to the blower for power. You can also run a jumper wire from the battery straight to the blower motor. If it comes on its the relay thats bad.If it doesnt its the blower.(dont be surprised if you buy a new blower thats bad)

Hi, just replaced the capacitor thinking that would solve the problem but it appears it did not. The motor outside would kick on the unit inside would kick on but the blower motor inside works sometimes...

Turn off the power to the air handler(indoor unit). Remove the access panel. From the motor, trace the wires back to the fan relay. One wire will probably trace back to the incoming power terminal. The other is the fan relay. It could be intermittent thermostat signal to the relay or a bad relay.
To verify if the fan motor is good, you can remove the one wire from the relay and re-attach it to the other side of the incoming power terminal. If it runs OK there, replace the relay. If it does not run, replace the blower motor.

My rear AC blower dosent work. I dont seem to

Hi,

Thanks for using Fixya!

check the wire terminals from the fan motor, its possible that they are loose. Also check the relays if they are good. Just swap out the other relays to test if it will work. These relays can be found in the fuse box under the dash or under the hood.

Have a great day.

Blower motor will not work

Do further tests at the relay to ascertain whether the fault lies before or after the relay.
Check power availability at the supply side of the relay contacts - should have 12v from a supply fuse on one side of the normally open contact (note -this supply may only be available when Ign or Acc sw is on).
If power supply is ok at the relay contact, check control input to relay operate coil.

If a ground (or 12v) operates the relay, operate the relay with a local ground (or 12v) and check blower motor runs.

If all above OK, check control signal from fan switch is arriving at the relay control coil.- if not trace wiring back to the switch.
