Unless you contact the parent company its close to impossible to get that feet. But you can buy a set of four rubber feet at any hardware store and replace them all. The feet come off when one tries to push a heavy sub like Velodyne instead of lifting it off the floor and placing them . The rubber grip is so good on the floor and when we push the top part of the Sub the feet rip off.
I just had my stove serviced today. You can purchase a foot kit for $30. The part # is 5304475129. http://www.mdappliance.com/ELX-5304475129.html. I could not find a place that only sold the rubber feet. Clean any debris from the hole that the rubber feet goes into. Add a small amount of the high temperature adhesive in the hole. Insert the rubber feet back in. The rubber feet has a pin point hole in the middle. Insert a paperclip in the hole and stretch out the sides of the rubber feet, so the sides stick to the adhesive. Place the grates back onto the stove and let it sit for 2 hours. Good luck.
After we got over our anger of Nesco/American Harvest using 'insurance reasons' for not selling the drive belt to repair our roaster, we went to Office Max and purchased a bag of (10 @ $2.44) Alliance 'X-Treme' file bands (good ol rubber bands) they are 7" stretchable in size, and these particular ones are the new EPDM formula, which adds durability, last longer and is latex free so they don't dry out. This was extremely easy to fix vs packing and sending the complete unit to WI and then paying twenty some dollars for repair and waiting three weeks plus for return not to mention postage to and from. I've roasted three batches (including testing) so far and we are on the same rubber band. Works very well for us
I have not been able to find the manual for the Rival roaster oven but I did find one for the Nesco roaster oven. The ovens are very similar and that's what I use. Visit nesco.com
