You will need to remove the blown circuit board and replace it with a new one. Unless you know exactly what components are blown and have the utilities and material to replace the components yourself.

My power shows good but no picture

This is likely a blown power board with secondary capacitors blown and not the primary. If your power board shows green LED and no picture then there is no power really going to other boards.

Check the power board for blown caps. This can be an easy fix and low cost if you are handy with a soldering iron and can replace caps.

We had a power outage due to fuses blown on the transitor outside on the pole, caused some appliances to blow out, light bulbs blown right out of their sockets, and my laser56 toystove wont turn back on,...

Blown board. Most in home appliances don't have circuit protectors. That's why the made surge strips. But these won't protect against direct electrical strikes.

Mine has 7 red blinks and wont come on. i pulled off the back and found a fuse blown on left circuit board, i can unplug the left circuit board from main circuit board thats in middle and tv will act like...

No, your done. Now replace the Y-Main, that's the large one you found the fuse blown on and replace the two buffer boards that the Y plugs into. Those are the two at the far left. The part numbers are on the boards. So that's 3 boards you will need. sometimes they sell the buffers together as a pair which is cheaper. DO NOT buy from second hand resellers. Always buy new when it comes to plasma sets.

The circuit board has a 25 Amp slow blow fuse is blown

if your circuit board has a 25 amp fuse that a lot of power, like running the compressor.. you need to have a model and serial number for the unit , there is no generic control board , each manufacture has it's own design

Printed Circuit Board

Normaly they sell the complete circuit board for these units. If you have a part that is blown out, it is very probable that there are other parts that are damaged as well.

During warranty, they do not normaly fix these boards. They replace the board with a new one.

I would be looking at replacing the complete board. What will most likely happen and I have seen it often, is in this type of case, when a blown part is replaced, it blows again, because the parts that caused the failure must be also changed. I don't think you have the necessary tools, training, and design information about the circuit board to troubleshoot it properly to know the condition of all the other parts involved.

Sometimes there boards are rather expensive. You may find it more feasible to buy a new unit.

Neither fan or compressor will com on

You have a short circuit in the system at some point. A blown fuse on the circuit board indicates a short in the control circuit. Tripping of the breaker indicated a high voltage draw from the compressor. Check the compressor motor terminals with the wires removed and the power off. Use an Ohm meter from a terminal to ground. You should have no reading. If you have any reading the compressor motor is shorted out and the compressor is done.
