Hello Maria

The only place where you can get specialized items like this is direct from the manufacturer. There is no place that sells this type of item, or an 'All in One' type Universal Remote. Contact details are at the bottom of the page.

The only place I found information on where to buy parts is on the Human Touch/iJoy site where they simply state:

Human Touch Support Customer Service

delete the messages stored both on your phone and sim card and see if there is any change. if none, clear the message log of your phone using the security code 12345 or your previously saved

If you touch the screen at some specific places, but is not registered by the phone, it meas the sensor can't pick it up. This is possible when there's just some plain dirt at your screen. If it is, try to clean your screen with some IPA (Iso Propyl Alcohol)
Another reason, can be some damage at the inside of the screen, or maybe even a loose connector inside.
To repair such damage, some electronic knowledge and skills are required. If you lack either 1 or both of them, it's best to let a repair-shop check your smartphone.

Windows Live Hotmail lists all contacts alphabetically, to a maximum of 25 on a page.
When all the contact fields are filled out, the contact is sorted alphabetically by first name.
If a first name is not entered for a contact, it is arranged alphabetically by last name.
If neither a first or last name is entered, then it is arranged alphabetically by email address.
To find Hotmail contacts on Windows Live Hotmail, use the search field.
Log into Windows Live Hotmail using your username and password.
Click "Contacts" on the left side of the page.

Type all or part of the first name, last name, or username of the person you are looking for in the text field marked "Search Your Contact List."
Press "Enter," or click the "Search" icon inside the text field.
A list of contacts matching the name you typed will be presented.

Place your mouse over avatar of the contact you are looking for.
A pop-up menu will open.

Click "Send Email" to send an email to that person.
Click "View Details" to see the contact's profile page.

Click "All Contacts" on the top left of the screen to clear the search results.

1. Locate information concerning your particular email service's incoming POP3/IMAP and outgoing SMTP server addresses. Refer to the resources section below for a list of server settings that pertains to many common e-mail providers.

2. Turn on your mobile phone and wait for the standby screen to appear. Touch the "Menu" button on your screen and select "Messages" from the menu, press "Select" to continue.

3. Go to the "Settings" menu and press "Select," choose the "Email" option. Select the "Email setup wizard," press the "Select" button and hit "Yes" to continue.

4. Choose an email account type you wish to configure, press "Next," choose the "Account" option, press "Name" and use your keypad to label your new email account.

5. Press the "Next" button to continue with the email setup. Enter your email address and password, press "OK" to continue.

6. Enter the incoming POP3/IMAP information pertaining to your particular email service and press "OK" to continue. Select the "Outgoing Server (SMTP" menu item) and enter in the appropriate SMTP address for your email provider and press "OK" to continue.

7. Hit the "Select" touch screen button and wait for the "You have configured this email account successfully" dialog to appear.
