I would contact customer service and ask if they have "drop-in" replacement.
That was a Daewoo made for Amana / Maytag / Whirlpool.

From the description it is the keypad control board problem, membrane "shorts" replacement only option.

Pls post your machine model, type, e.t.c.
In general typing the model, type + spec in Google will give you some manual links.
Other way is to go to the manufacturer page -> products -> customer support and find the model and specs.

specs = specifications (and usually manual)

You get spec. and manuals on it from the manufacturer.
I don't know who that is so you will have to look at the name on the rear cover ident plate and browse their web site.

sounds like you have mixed up your wiring. Refer to the schematic which is stuck to the internal casing of the machine [good luck]

should have specs on old fuse or labeled at fuse location...look in yellow pages for appliance parts.
