Question about Canon MF8180C Color Laser MFC Printer
1. Unplug the printer.
2. Remove the faulty Cartridge
3. Plug in the printer and press and hold power button
4. Keep it held down. Press Resume twice, and this should reset the fault.

This can sometimes happen if you leave the hatch on the top open and there's a bright light which shines into the left side of the printer as there are sensors in there that can get "confused" by the light.
