Question about Nokia 6300 Cellular Phone
Hi, I cannot access my Nokia 6300 because the keys do not work when i try to unlock the key pad? I was using it out in the rain yesterday and it my have go a little wet. It started yesterday when i tried to answer a call, the key for answering the call would not work. Thanks Anth
Solution 1.Any time your phones gets wet or by accident the phone falls off in a pool of water the best remedy is to take the batteries off immediately, don't turn the power key on, and wait for 24 hours for the phone to dry out completely.
Solution 2. Alternate solution is go to settings, select call, select anykey answer, this way u won't need the answer key any more,
Solution 3. Change the keypad,go to the nokia service center.

Latter solution - take the whole casing apart along with the batteries and SIM card and memory card and dry everything preferably under a fan. Do not keep in a humid area.
If you are feeling brave, put the batteries back in with the front casing / keypad off and try pressing the buttons. In that way you can determine how serious the problem is and wont get overcharged by the Agent.
