My 2005 arctic cat 250 will not start I have a new battery new starter solenoide and good fuses new spark plug gas and nothing happens I have bypassed the electric push start because it quit working that...

With the ignition on, short across the starter solenoid and see if anything happens. If it tries to start (or fires up) then the problem lies with the feed to it so I would suggest re-instating a working push button and wires.

Blank screen for wind --- new batteries in everything

Did you press the reset on the solar transmitter after you replaced the batteries? It is left of the NiCAD pack if the AA batteries are on the right. If after pressing reset, and you are using a WMR 938, and still not receiving, press and hold the "channel" button for 5 seconds on your monitor to re-register the signal from the transmitter.

Tried to light our Paragon One gas fire - it hasn't worked and there is a continuous beeping noise

A continuous beeping sound means there is not enough power left in the batteries to light the fire. Change them, being careful to put then all in the right way.

Wont start have new battery petrol and oils ok cant find manual for mower

Won't start. Will it "click"? When turning the key to start, do you hear an audible click? Or does the motor spin, but does not catch and start? It needs three things to start: Fuel, Fire, and Connectivity. I.E. All safety switches engaged, and continuity from the battery to the coil/magneto thru the spark wires to the plug.

Car turns over, but won't start

Too many choice.
3 main areas are fuel, spark, air.
Try a shot of ether, if it fires at all, it is a fuel problem.
Then we can get into more detail.

Power pack creates 'hummmm' in wireless headphones.

I don't think the 12V power pack is the problem. Generally there would be a regulator on the plug pack input to the transmitter (as power packs are notoriously bad at voltage regulation).

My guess is it an 'earth leak' between the TV and the transmitter via the audio lead. Does the powerpack have a earth pin. If so, are you able to plug it into an non-earthed power outlet.

If this isn't possible try removing the ground connection from the audio lead.

It could also be a bad audio lead.

Is the TV mono and the transmitter stereo or visa versa? You may need a mono to stereo lead.

Hopefully something in here will help.
