The turbo wand and nozzle connection on my Pressure washer Model 580.752070 How to restore seal between Wand and nozzle? Please point me in the right direction to resolve this problem

the seal is normally a "O" ring that is available from a good hardware shop or bearing supply shop
basically the same set up as your garden hose "O" ring but with a pressure wand there is a thread nut to hold the bits together.
If it is not that then the threaded section of the connection in the wand or hose mat be loose or broken at the thread

What causes a jeep liberty to lose compression from # 1 cylinder

Let me count the ways possible:

  1. Blown head gasket
  2. Cracked head
  3. Cracked block
  4. Bent/broken/damaged valve(s)
  5. Cracked/broken piston
  6. Broken piston rings
  7. Broken connecting rod or rod pin
The only way you will know which of these is for sure the answer is to tear the engine down to find out. There is no magic fix for your problem.

Karcher dirtblaster leaking at the end

If it's leaking it obviously has a bad seal or is broken. I would try to disassemble and see if it has a seal or not. Sounds like you could have a bad "O" Ring or some other type of seal leaking but I'd bet on an "0" Ring damaged or wore out. Dissemble it and see what is sealing it and proceed accordingly.

Husky pressure washer leaks by the trigger on the gun and I have replaced a broken o-ring and the new o-ring blows out of the groove. It is the same size o-ring as far as I can tell unless it could be...

Not sure about the o-ring problem but mine once leaked from the trigger, I found out I'd stored it without making sure it was empty of water, this had frozen & cracked something inside.

I have two machines : Machine 1: I think the

Hi
Machine 2 is the steam manifold leaking. You have to remove the hose clip in the back of the steam manifold. Remove the hose. Grab the trough in the back and pull up to expose the manifold. It will push out the front. If its white is very old, and if its black its a newer one. If its metal it is priobably the O-rings just need to be replaced. I still have the white one in my machine, because I cool the manifold off after using and that won't let it crack from the high heat after steaming. That is what causes them to crack.
Machine one, I would check under the red boot covers by the boiler for a bulge in the hoses. That is usually where they rupture. Make the new hose(tube) a little longer to prevent this from happening again.

1983 vt 500 honda shadow. Replaced both head's. Starts fine has good power. Yet it pop's or back fires some times after giving it progressive fuel. What do you think. Thank you!

Three things that can cause popping or backfiring. 1)You may have cracked, leaking,or broken intake manifolds or bad o-rings on the manifolds. 2)Leaking exhaust gaskets in the head or between the head pipe and muffler. 3)Bad spark plug caps and partially fouled plugs. Check it out.

Not getting a good/any froth. (Rancilio Silvia) My steam wand leaks air at the tip so I bought a new one and replaced that, it still leaks air. I don't want to tighten it too much so I won't crack it....

If steam wand leaks at the tip sounds like the steam valve needs to be rebuilt or replaced, because the valve seat is damaged or has mineral buildup keeping it open.

Car chuggs when in idle mode and stalls at lights and stop signs. Now the whole motor vibrates when excellerating? Took it to a few people, had plugs, wires, coil, 2 o2 sensors, camshaft sensor, and fuel...

Check for a sticking EGR valve and for intake vacuum leaks. Check for compressed air blowing past an injector--could be a bad o-ring seal. Check for a loose spark plug.

If one cylinder is dead (due to low compression), you would be down on power and all the symptoms you describe would apply. A cylinder compression test is fairly easy to do and not expensive. Autozone or O'reilly's will let you borrow a compression tester and you could do it yourself. Now suppose you find out that one cylinder has very low compression. It might be due to a head gasket leaking, a burned valve seat, a bent valve, a loose spark plug, a broken or wrong size or missing injector o-ring seal, a cracked cylinder head, a cracked block, a cracked or holed piston, a chipped valve, or broken piston rings. Other than the loose spark plug and the bad injector o-ring, everything else is pretty expensive. But at least you would know some serious work needed to be done and could make an informed decision.

Breville esp6 replaced silicone ring but continues to leak around this area .feels tight when coffee basket rotated, but when turned on it goes everywhere...please help!Aaron.

You may have a broken silicone seal, or a cracked filter ring. You can see an example of the small cracks on the ring on a photo at this website: http://www.vancouverwireedm.com/caferomadiyt.htm , just under the screw hole in the top corner.
