OK. There are many types of needle. Are you using the correct one?
Is it NEW? How thick is what you are sewing? On from there, feeddog timing could be out.
If sewing 'normal' fabric, does it still have the issue?

Sewing and both needles broke now upperlooper gets stuck in the lowerlooper.Turning it backwards it slides by but front ways gets stuck. Can I adjust it myself or it something bent?

Ooh, that's probably something that should be addressed by a qualified technician. There are minute specifications for moving parts that need to be met and it's doubtful that could be accomplished by trying to "bend" something.

What is the needle size for brothe 911 sewing machine

Be sure to change the needle frequently, ie every time you start a new project. Needles will cause a great deal of frustration yet are the least expensive item to fix.

The panel lights up and then all stitches blink and there is a beep. No power and presser foot does not work.

1. Remove the bobbin and bobbin case. Try checking to see if the machine will set up without power loss.
If it stays on you need to adjust the bobbin case so it is just tight enough to keep it from spinning. Put the bobbin case in. There are screws on top of the case to loosen. Move the hand wheel each direction and see it move. The screws will allow a bracket to move to a point which will prevent the bobbin case from spinning.
Replace the bobbin. Check the tension. (See instruction)
2. While rotating the hand wheel check the bobbin to see if the needle thread moves across the top of the bobbin without getting stuck. Also, pay attention if the needle hits the sides.
3. If the thread gets stuck the bobbin case will need to be loosened about one hair strand distance.
4. If power loss is still a loss check good connection to the socket. Sometimes making a small bend will correction.
5. Check the connection to the machine. If it is loose you may need to make a very small bend on the connection. They have to be tight.
6. The same thing has to be done with the foot controller.
See attachment for tension adjustment.

Change bobbin

The cheapest, fastest way is to unthread, look in all the thread 'pickup points' and make sure that there are no broken threads caught in the movement, then Rethread according to your machine's manual/diagram. If rethreading does not help, change the needle-sometimes the smallest of burrs, bends, whatever, in the needle can make a machine not work!

Please help! I have a Brother Innovis 4000 embroidery machine. My machine is skipping stitches then the needle falls out or bends/breaks. This happens even after I changed the needle and rethread the...

I would double check your Threading. Make sure the thread coming from the spool is not getting caught on something. Try keeping the presser foot up, and then pull out some thread from the back of the needle, does it seem tight to pull? Now lower the presser foot, is it more difficult to pull out? It should be but not so much that it is bending the needle.
If it is to tight, there could thread caught in the tension discs. Remove the left side panel above the needle on the machine. Check to see if you can see any threads. IF not, lower the thread tension and see if that helps. Good luck

Needle hits the plate and bends. What would cause this?

try another needle and see if the needle still bends,, if the needle
still does bends then there could be something wrong with the needle
bar and the machine needs to be checked.

Consew 206rb bending needle

I have three possible solutions:
1. If sewing on heavy fabric or thru several layers, change needle to a larger size.
2. Make sure to let the fabric feed by itself, don't pull on it.
3. Make sure the upper thread is not catching on something (like the end of the spool), this will cause the needle to bend and break.

good luck!
