a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: need the sky remote code
Whether or not you can use your Sky remote with your TV depends on which version of Sky remote you have. The version number is on a sticker inside the battery compartment. If you have the Rev 9 version of Sky remote, there is a specific code which will work with your TV: 2123
Older Sky remotes don't work with most newer Logik TVs. If you have any of the versions listed below, the remote is unlikely to work with your TV and you are limited to trying the generic/brand codes for Logik. I've listed these next to each version of remote.
Rev 8 or Rev 6: 0726 0039 0037 0292 0221 0399
Rev 4: 0726 0039 0061 0037 0221 0292
RC1600/00: No codes. This remote will not work with your TV.
If none of the above codes work you will need to use the remote supplied with the TV or upgrade to the new Rev 9 version of Sky remote. You can obtain these from here:
http://shop.skymediauk.co.uk/shop/fullproduct.asp?pid=12 - £13.99 + £3 p&p
Alternatively, you can phone them (SkyMediaUK) on 0871 2000 463
You will need to quote the model number of your TV and/or the serial number, so please have these ready before ordering.
Unfortunately, Sky only release a new version about every 2-3 years. This means the remotes aren't programmed with codes for many TVs manufactured after the remote was released - unless the TV uses the same code as an older model.
I hopw this helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance by clicking on "Add a Comment" below your question.
