Question about HP DeskJet 3930 InkJet Printer
My printer was working fine when I had a support tech from Century Link to download my printer (3930 desk jet). Now I can't get it to work again. The error message says that I need a USB 002 instead of USB 003 to run my printer. I don't understand why my port is telling me that I need a USB 002. The only one I have on the system is a USB 001 that is on my laptop computer. Can you help me...Judith Isler

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You should be able to use this printer with a USB cable. You can pick up a USB cable just about anywhere that they sell computer or printer equipment. Just tell them you need a USB printer cable. This is a standard item and no further description is needed.
The Driver for this will probably be a native driver, and you probably wont have to download a new one, but just in case, here is the link for the driver directly from HP.
